GRANT OF SHARE OPTION

On 1 July 2023 the Company granted a nil-cost option under the M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme to K. Chandra Sekaran, executive director, Asia over 3,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Option"). No additional performance criteria will attach to the award. This Option will normally vest and become exercisable on 1 July 2026 and can be exercised until the end of 30 June 2033.
