GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
On 23 March 2022 the Company granted an option under the M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme to K. Chandra Sekaran, executive director, Asia. He may subscribe for 3,000 shares of 10p each in the Company at a nil cost exercise price. No additional performance criteria will attach to the award. This option is exercisable at any time between 7 January 2025 and 6 January 2032.
