Purchase of shares from minority partner

Following the announcement made on 4 September 2019, the board is pleased to announce that the conditions under the sale and purchase agreement for the Group to acquire shares in its Indonesian operating subsidiaries, held by one of its minority partners PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk, have now been fulfilled and that the transaction has accordingly been completed.
