CHANGE OF AUDITOR
The Group announces that BDO LLP has been appointed by the board as auditor to the Group following the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC"). This follows an audit tender carried out by the board as part of its corporate governance procedure.
PwC has confirmed to the Group that there are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
