NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS

M.P. Evans, a producer of sustainable Indonesian palm oil, will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on Monday, 15 September 2025.

ONLINE INVESTOR PRESENTATION TO SHAREHOLDERS

As part of its ongoing commitment to communicating with all shareholders, the Company is pleased to announce that the chairman and executive directors will make a live online presentation relating to the Company's interim results on Tuesday, 16 September 2025 at 12.00 BST on the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform.
