The Company has been notified of the exercise of share options under the M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme by Mr MH Coulson director of the Company.  Mr MH Coulson exercised his share options over 5,557 shares granted at nil cost per share and due to expire on 8 January 2030. These awards were satisfied out of shares held by the Trustee of the M.P. Evans Group 2018 Employees' Benefit Trust.

Simultaneously, Mr MH Coulson sold 2,557 Shares at 854p per Share in order to fund the tax and national insurance liabilities resulting from the exercise of the share options. In addition, Mr MH Coulson transferred the remaining 3,000 Shares to Mrs N Coulson, Mr MH Coulson's wife.
