The Company has been notified of the exercise of share options under the M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme by Mr MH Coulson director of the Company.  Mr MH Coulson exercised his share options over 5,826 Shares granted at nil cost per Share and due to expire on 10 January 2029. These awards were satisfied out of shares held by the Trustee of the M.P. Evans Group 2018 Employees' Benefit Trust.

Simultaneously, Mr MH Coulson sold 2,726 Shares at 824p per Share in order to fund the tax and national insurance liabilities resulting from the exercise of the share options. In addition, Mr MH Coulson transferred the remaining 3,100 Shares to Mrs N Coulson, Mr MH Coulson's wife.
