The Company has been notified of the exercise of share options today under the executive share-option scheme by Mr TRJ Price, a director of the Company.  Mr TRJ Price exercised his share options over 75,000  shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") granted at 159.5p per Share and due to expire on 24 November 2018. Accordingly, the Company issued Mr TRJ Price 75,000 Shares.

Simultaneously, Mr TRJ Price sold 43,000  Shares at 750p per Share in order to fund the exercise cost of the share options and the associated tax liabilities. In addition, Mr TRJ Price transferred the remaining 32,000 Shares to Mrs JA Price, Mr TRJ Price's wife.

Total Voting Rights

Following the above transactions the Company has 55,840,281 Shares in issue.  All of the Shares have equal voting rights and there are no Shares held in Treasury.

The above figure of 55,840,281 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
