Directorate change
Following the announcement on 12 July 2021, K Chandra Sekaran K V Nair (Chandra) will join the board as an executive director of the Group with effect from 1 August 2021.
The following information is disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies:
K Chandra Sekaran K V Nair, aged 64, is the beneficial owner of 123,181 M.P. Evans shares. Chandra holds 59,000 share options in respect of M.P. Evans shares of which 50,000 are currently exercisable.
Chandra also owns 1,000 shares (0.4%) in P.T. Evans Indonesia, a subsidiary 99.6% owned by the Group.
