UPDATE ON 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM") ARRANGEMENTS

As set out in the Notice of Meeting, the Group's AGM will be taking place at Mansion House, London EC4N 8BH on Friday 9 June 2023 at 11:00, which shareholders are welcome to attend.

In addition, it will be possible to observe the proceedings of the meeting through the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform. However, shareholders will not be able to ask questions online, nor will they be able to vote through this platform and so are encouraged to submit their proxy votes in the normal way.

Details of how to register to observe the AGM using the IMC platform can found at the AGM page of the Group's website at www.mpevans.co.uk/investors/agm which includes the Notice of Meeting, how to submit proxy votes, and a link to the IMC registration page.
