DIRECTOR CHANGES AND ANNUAL MEETING DATE

Transport and logistics group, MOVE Logistics Group Limited (NZX/ASX: MOV), is continuing a Board refresh process. In line with this, Directors Grant Devonport and Mark Newman have advised that they will be stepping down at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in October 2024. Greg Kern has also advised that he will be stepping down from the Board with immediate effect.

The Board believes that five Directors is appropriate for a company the size and scale of MOVE, and will be seeking to recruit new directors with the right balance of skills and expertise to take the company forward.

Chair of MOVE, Julia Raue, said: “We would like to acknowledge and thank the retiring Directors for their contributions. In particular, Grant Devonport and Mark Newman have been on the Board for the past three years and have provided valuable support chairing the Board’s sub-committees. Mr Kern was appointed to the Board in March 2024 following a request from substantial shareholders and has provided assistance in the recent organisational reset.”

Date of Annual Meeting

MOVE advises that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 3pm on Thursday 24 October 2024 at MUFG offices in Auckland. Details will be sent to shareholders ahead of the Meeting.
