NZ RegCo advises that at the request of the company it has placed a trading halt on Move Logistics Group Limited (“MOV”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.

The trading halt has been requested to facilitate an orderly market for MOV's securities while the retail bookbuild component of an equity capital raising is undertaken.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the completion of the bookbuild, or market open on Wednesday, 17 November 2021.
