NZ RegCo advises that it has placed a trading halt on Move Logistics Group Limited (“MOV”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at premarket open.

MOV has sought the trading halt to facilitate an orderly market for its securities while the institutional entitlement offer and institutional bookbuild components of an equity capital raising are undertaken.

The trading halt will remain in place until market open on Friday, 29 October 2021.
