ANNUAL MEETING AND BOARD NOMINATION

Transport and logistics group, MOVe Logistics Limited (NZX: MOV), advises that it will hold its Annual Meeting in Auckland in late November 2021. Details will be sent to shareholders in the Notice of Meeting prior to this time.

Trevor Janes and Jim Ramsay are both due to retire by rotation at the meeting. In line with the Board’s succession planning, both Trevor and Jim have advised that they will not be standing for re-election.

The Company advises that it has received a nomination for Grant Devonport to be elected as a Director at the 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.

Grant was CFO of both Toll NZ and then latterly Toll Holdings Group CFO, from late 2011 until his departure in 2015 when the business was sold to Japan Post, is currently CFO of Australian Pacific Airports Corporation- owner of both Melbourne and Launceston Airports. As well as being CFO of both ASX and privately owned businesses, Grant’s responsibilities have included Technology, Risk, Safety, Treasury, Company Secretariat and Legal.
