On May 23, 2012, Movado Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary results for the first quarter of fiscal 2012 and increased its prior guidance for fiscal 2012. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this item.
