On May 31, 2012, Movado Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing first quarter fiscal 2013 results, the reiteration of recently updated guidance for fiscal 2013 and the approval of a quarterly dividend. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this item.
