Announcement regarding the Sinclair Family Concert Party

("Mountview" or "the Company")

The Company has previously notified its shareholders of the existence of a concert party consisting of certain members of the Sinclair family, related Sinclair family trusts and others (the "Concert Party"). In 1999 the Concert Party entered into an agreement (revised in 2006) setting out certain terms of conduct between members of the Concert Party including, inter alia, a common voting intention (the "Concert Party Agreement").

The Company has been notified that the Concert Party Agreement has been terminated with effect from today and that remaining concert party members consisting of certain Sinclair family members, related Sinclair family trusts and companies under the control of certain Sinclair family members as more particularly set out in the Appendix to this announcement, have agreed the terms of a revised concert party agreement.  This revised agreement sets out certain terms of conduct between the concert party members, including the event of an offer being made for the Company.  The concert party members are not bound under the terms of the revised agreement to vote together at a general meeting of the Company.  This concert party continues to have control of voting rights over 2,085,263 shares representing approximately 53.48 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
