Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement dated 7 August 2019, Mountview Estates P.L.C. announces that it has posted a circular to shareholders containing a notice convening a general meeting of the Company to be held at the offices of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ at 11.00 a.m. on 18 November 2019.

At the General Meeting, the Company will propose resolutions to re-appoint Mr A W Powell and Mrs M L Jarvis as Directors of the Company. 

Copies of the circular and notice of general meeting will also be made available on the Company's website.
