Further announcement regarding the Sinclair Family Concert Party

("Mountview" or "the Company")

Further to our announcement of 3 October 2016, the Concert Party has now agreed to extend the Concert Party Agreement in the same terms until 30 September 2019.

This Concert Party continues to have control of voting rights over 2,087,681 ordinary shares representing approximately 53.54 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
