Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew Williams, a non-executive director, informed the Company yesterday that his wife, Charlotte Williams and his two children had purchased a total of 198 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 22 March 2023 at a price of £108.15 per share.

In addition, Charlotte Williams sold 1,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 22 March 2023 at a price of £108.00 per share.

Following these transactions, Dr Williams' total beneficial interest in the Company will be 61,008 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.56 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
