Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew Williams, a non-executive director, has informed the Company today that he, and his wife, Charlotte Williams, have sold a total of 700 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company today at a price of £135.50 per share.

Following this transaction, Dr Williams' total beneficial interest in the Company will be 61,612 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.58 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
