Mountview Estates Plc (LSE:MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew Williams, a non-executive director, has informed the Company yesterday that his wife, Charlotte Williams and his two children have purchased a total of 160 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 6 March 2020 at a price of £110.20 per share.
Following this transaction, Dr Williams' total beneficial interest in the Company will be 62,072 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.59 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
