Update on Director Share Purchase

On 3 April 2017, the Company announced it had been informed that Sinclair Estates Limited had entered into a conditional agreement to acquire 36,000 shares in the Company.  Duncan Sinclair, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, is also a director of Sinclair Estates Limited.   The Company was notified on 8 May that the agreement to acquire such shares has been terminated in accordance with its terms by Sinclair Estates Limited.

Accordingly, Duncan Sinclair's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged, being 538,383 ordinary shares representing  13.81 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
