As was previously announced on 27 June 2013, as part the Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2013, the Board of Mountview confirms that Duncan Sinclair has stepped down as Chairman at today's Annual General Meeting.  He will remain as Chief Executive of the Company.

John Fulton, a non-executive director of the Company since 2007, has assumed the role of Non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.
