Mountain Alliance AG: Resolution of the Management Board on the proposal to the Annual General Meeting regarding a capital increase with subscription rights
The Management Board of the Company has decided to propose to the 2019 Annual General Meeting a resolution on a capital increase with subscription rights and has commissioned MainFirst Bank AG to support the intended capital increase. The amount of the increase and the amount at which the new shares will be issued will be determined at a later date.
