Mountain Alliance AG determines the scope of the ordinary capital increase
Mountain Alliance AG, Munich (ISIN: DE000A12UK08), announces that on 29 July 2019 the Executive Board, with the approval of the Supervisory Board of the Company on the same day, resolved to determine the scope of the ordinary capital increase against cash contribution resolved by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 27 June 2019 at 235,292 new shares. This increases the Company’s share capital by EUR 235,292.00 from EUR 6,045,720.00 to EUR 6,281,012.00.
The New Shares were subscribed for by the Company’s shareholders and investors as part of the subscription and oversubscription offer and the subsequent private placement. The capital increase is expected to be entered in the commercial register on 30 July 2019.
