Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent omni-channel vehicle retailer, announces that on 1 February 2021 Mark Carpenter (CEO) acquired 2,030 ordinary shares at £1.773 each following the exercise of options pursuant to Motorpoint's 2018 sharesave scheme.

Following the acquisition of these shares Mr Carpenter's direct interest in shares are as follows:
