Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, announces that on 14 July 2020 Keith Mansfield, a Non-Executive Director of Motorpoint, purchased 20,576 ordinary shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 243 pence per share. This purchase results in Mr Mansfield being interested in a total of 20,576 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.02% of the 90,189,885 ordinary shares in the Company currently in issue.
