Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, announces that on 3 February 2020 each of Mark Carpenter (CEO) and James Gilmour (CFO) acquired 3,203 ordinary shares at £1.12 following the exercise of options pursuant to Motorpoint's 2017 sharesave scheme.
