Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adele Cooper as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.

Adele has extensive marketing and senior leadership experience, having worked at some of the world's leading technology companies, most recently as UK & Ireland Country Manager at Pinterest from June 2015 to December 2019. While at Pinterest, Adele was responsible for the UK and Ireland, overseeing strategic, commercial and operational management. Prior to this, Adele spent five years at Facebook where she led the global relationship on a leading FMCG company's Facebook and Instagram programme. Before this, Adele spent five years at Google, initially in the UK and latterly in California, across a variety of marketing and operational roles.

Adele earned an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in History from Stanford University.

Mark Morris, Non-Executive Chairman of Motorpoint, said:
