Resignation of independent non-executive director

Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, announces that Steve Weller has notified the Board of his intention to step down as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 10 October 2019, in order to focus on his other business interests.

Mark Morris, Non-Executive Chairman of Motorpoint, said:

"I would like to thank Steve for his service to Motorpoint since joining the Board on IPO in 2016, during which time his contribution has been greatly valued as the Company has grown. He goes with our best wishes for the future."

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
