Important information regarding communications with shareholders

You are currently due to receive a paper copy of the Motorpoint Group Plc Annual Report. We are writing to give you the opportunity to help us reduce our environmental impact by informing us how you wish to receive shareholder documentation in the future.

There are three options available to you:

• 1. Receive notification by email that company documents are available online (our preferred option please supply your email address via this form)
• 1. Receive a letter of notification by post that company documents are online (note this is the default option and no election is required)
• 1. Receive paper copies

The form below allows you to tell us whether you would prefer to receive the Annual Report and other communications from Motorpoint in electronic or paper format. If you do not respond (within 28 days of the date of this form) you will be deemed to have accepted to receive communications in electronic form and via a website and in future we will simply send you a letter to tell you to visit our website at the appropriate time to view the relevant communication. We will not send you, for example, a printed annual report as a matter of course.

Why are we doing this?

• The more people who receive ecomms the better it is for the environment in reducing printing and waste

Even if you elect or are deemed to have elected to receive ecomms, you can request a printed copy of any shareholder document from us at any time. We will send this free of charge within 21 days of your request. You can also change your instructions at any time by writing to our registrar Capita Asset Services.
