I am pleased to confirm that Motorpoint's Annual Report and Accounts 2019 and Notice of AGM are now available. Please accept this letter as notification that Motorpoint's Annual Report and Accounts 2019 and Notice of AGM have now been published on our website and can be found at: www.motorpointplc.com

Motorpoint's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 23 July 2019 at 11:00am at Motorpoint Limited, Salisbury House, Stephenson Way, Wyvern Business Park, Derby, DE21 6LY.

Proxy Voting

Whether or not you are able to attend the AGM, please send us your vote by completing and submitting the enclosed form of proxy. Alternatively, you may wish to submit your proxy electronically through the website of our registrar, Link Asset Services, at www.signalshares.com. The form of proxy must be received by our registrar by no later than 11:00am on Friday 19 July 2019.

To vote online you will need to log in to your share portal account or register for the share portal if you have not already done so. You will need your investor code, which can be found on your share certificate.
