Conversion of Performance Shares

Digital out-of-home company XTD Limited ( XTD or the Company ) advises that 4,500,013 Class B Performance Shares that were issued with shareholder approval in connection with the acquisition of Lunalite International Pty Ltd have converted into ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis following achievement of the conversion milestone.

The conversion occurred following Queensland rail’s agreement to adopt and install the EMBARK technology developed by the innovation division of XTD, Contact Light Pty Ltd, in Brisbane’s busy commuter rail network as announced on 27 January 2016.
