Conversion of Performance Shares
XTD Limited (the Company ) advises that 4,500,013 Class A Performance Shares that were issued with shareholder approval in connection with the acquisition of Lunalite International Pty Ltd have converted into ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis pursuant to the Appendix 3B lodged with ASX on 25 August 2015.
The conversion occurred following the successful installation and first revenue to the Company from its exclusive seven-year contract with Queensland rail to operate the crosstrack digital media system in Brisbane.
