XTD Limited (ASX: XTD) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of XTD Limited (‘XTD’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of XTD, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 19 August 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

XTD Limited (the Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending release of an announcement regarding a material capital raising.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 19 August 2020.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
