Rights Issue – Extension of Closing Date
XTD Limited ( Company ) advises that the closing date for its non-renounceable rights entitlement issue has been extended to 5.00pm (AWST) on Friday, 25 September 2020 from the previous closing date of Friday, 18 September 2020.
Application Entitlement
Under the Rights Issue, each eligible shareholder is entitled to apply for one New Share in the Company for every five existing shares held at the Record Date without incurring brokerage or other costs. The issue price of New Shares under the Rights Issue is $0.039 per share. Subscribers under the Rights Issue will also receive one free attaching new option for every two New Shares subscribed for and issued (exercisable at $0.08 on or before 30 September 2023).
Application Closing Date
Applications and payment must now be received by 5.00pm (AWST) on Friday, 25 September 2020. The issue date for New Shares subscribed for under the Rights Issue will now be 2 October 2020 with quotation of new shares and despatch of holding statements expected to take place on or around 5 October 2020.
