Rights Issue Close & Shortfall Notice

XTD Limited ( Company ) advises that its non‐renounceable rights entitlement issue ( Rights Issue ) closed on Friday, 25 September 2020, having been well supported by eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand.

The Rights Issue offered eligible shareholders the right to acquire new shares at $0.039 per share on a 1‐for‐5 basis.

Subscribers under the Rights Issue will also receive one free attaching new option for every two New Shares subscribed for and issued (exercisable at $0.08 on or before 30 September 2023).

The final allocations are set out below:

*Note: The shortfall arising from the Rights Issue was allocated to the sub‐underwriters to the Rights Issue in accordance with the Underwriting Agreement executed prior to launch. The total number of options to be issued is subject to rounding. A further 4 million Options will be issued to the lead manager as described in the Prospectus.

Taylor Collison Ltd acted as Lead Manager and Underwriter to the Offer and advised XTD on the Rights Issue. XTD would like to thank all of its shareholders for their support and welcomes new shareholders, including new shareholders introduced by Taylor Collison to the register.

The new securities are expected to be issued on Friday, 2 October 2020, in accordance with the revised timetable.
