Grant of ASX Waiver

White Eagle Resources Ltd (ASX:WEG) (“White Eagle” or the “Company”) advises that it has been granted a waiver from ASX listing rule 7.1 to the extent necessary to issue up to 132,553,751 securities in order to make up the shortfall resulting from its 1 for 1 non renounceable pro rata rights issue (the “Offer”) no later than 30 June 2013 on the following conditions:

• 1.1 The issue price of the shortfall securities is not less than the price which the securities were issued under the Offer.

• 1.2 The Company releases the terms of the waiver to the market immediately.
