Key Personnel Update
The Board of Directors of transit technology company XTD (ASX: XTD or the Company ) has announced a full review of the Company’s plans and opportunities for 2018. As part of that review, XTD’s CEO Mr. Steve Wildisen will be leaving the business effective immediately. Mr. Wildisen has been CEO of XTD since the Company floated on the ASX in December 2014. The Board thanks Mr. Wildisen for his time with the business.
Also effective immediately, XTD Chairman Mr. Frank Hurley will be acting CEO of XTD. The current review of the business includes a potential restructure of the XTD Group that would more closely align the unique technologies of XTD and Contact Light.
