Board Changes

White Eagle Resources Ltd (ASX:WEG) ( White Eagle or the Company ) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr Stuart Richardson as Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Richardson has experience in capital markets in both Australia and overseas in the field of stockbroking and investment banking. He is a founding director of Blackwood Capital Limited, an Australian based investment bank operating in capital markets, advisory services and funds management in equities and private equity funds. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia, and is a CPA.

Dr Saliba Sassine has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of White Eagle. The Board of White Eagle would like to thank Dr Sassine for his contribution to the Company.
