Resolution of Legal Action

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbon exploration, development and production company, announces the resolution of a legal claim and reconfirms that the Company is nearing the completion of the sale of its interest in Nadsoilco LLC, which owns the working interest in Stanley, Greater Stanley and all of Mosman's interests in the Winters leases in the Polk County, Texas, USA as set out in its previous announcements the last one on 9 September 2024.

A Court decision in August 2024 was made in favour of Nadsoilco LLC (owned by Mosman at no cost to Mosman other than legal fees) in relation to a lawsuit. The Court decision required documents to be drafted and signed, which has taken longer than expected, and that has now been completed. The Company always believed the legal action had no merit and the signing of these legal documents will now allow the sale of Stanley to proceed, that is expected to happen later in September whereupon a further announcement will be made.
