Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the hydrocarbon, helium and hydrogen exploration, development, and production company, will announce its final results for the year to 30 June 2023 on or before 9 November 2023 and confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been sent to shareholders today. 

The Notice of Meeting can be viewed and downloaded from the Company's website at https://www.mosmanoilandgas.com/shareholder-circulars. The AGM will be held at 2:00pm (AEDT) on 30 November 2023 at 24-26 Kent Street, Millers Point NSW 2000, Australia.
