Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development, and production company, announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares").

On 31 May 2022 Mr John Barr, the Company's Executive Chairman, transferred 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares from Kensington Advisory Services Pty Ltd to Kensington Consulting Pty Ltd which acts as trustee of the Barr Superfund, at a price of AUD14,160 (approximately £8,000).

John Barr remains beneficially interested in 82,354,584 Ordinary Shares which equites to approximately 1.58 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
