Results of Annual General Meeting

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development, and production company, announces that the 2022 AGM was held in Sydney earlier today.

The Board is pleased to announce that Resolutions 1 and 2 were passed by way of a show of hands with overwhelming support via proxy, and provides notice this day that Mr Andy Carroll was re-elected to the Board, and Mr Nigel Harvey was appointed as a new Director of Mosman. Resolutions 3 - 7 as disclosed in the notice of meeting were withdrawn by the Chairman prior to the commencement of the AGM, following a Board decision to formally review and consider equity-based incentive schemes in the coming year.
