EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified that Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of its Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), has on 18 July 2025 purchased 294 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 814 pence per Share.

These Shares are to be held in the EBT and are intended to be used to satisfy the awards of shares granted to employees of the Company as part of the Share Incentive Plan. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Company's employees, including the Directors of the Company.
