PHASE 1 - Primary Objectives: Safety & Tolerability

Single i.v. infusion at doses up to 3 mg/kg in healthy volunteers . in volunteers were generally safe and well tolerated

Secondary Objectives: PK and Immunogenicity

  • Pharmacokinetics were generally consistent between subjects and throughout the dose range studied
  • No anti-MOR103 IgG antibodies were observed in doses up t 3 /k o mg g
  • Changes in general IgA, IgG, and IgM concentrations, if any, were similar in all groups, including placebo

PHASE 1b/2a - Trial Design

  • At least 130 Rheumatoid Arthritis patients
