PHASE 1 - Primary Objectives: Safety & Tolerability
Single i.v. infusion at doses up to 3 mg/kg in healthy volunteers . in volunteers were generally safe and well tolerated
Secondary Objectives: PK and Immunogenicity
- Pharmacokinetics were generally consistent between subjects and throughout the dose range studied
- No anti-MOR103 IgG antibodies were observed in doses up t 3 /k o mg g
- Changes in general IgA, IgG, and IgM concentrations, if any, were similar in all groups, including placebo
PHASE 1b/2a - Trial Design
- At least 130 Rheumatoid Arthritis patients
- Multiple centers in several European countries to ensure robust patient recruitment

- MOR202, a fully human HuCAL antibody, targeting CD38, a 45 kDa ectoenzyme heavily over-expressed in 95% of multiple myel d l k i ll li loma and some leukemia cell lines
