Market Announcement – Appointment of Alternate Director

Morphic Ethical Equities Fund Limited ( MEC ) announces that Mr Jack Lowenstein, a non-executive director, has appointment Mr Chad Slater as his alternative director effective from today. Mr Slater will represent Mr Lowenstein as his alternate director at any board meetings or specific business that he is unable to attend.

Mr Slater is an Executive Director and Joint Chief Investment Officer of Morphic Asset Management ( Morphic ), being the investment manager of MEC. He Co-Founded Morphic with Mr Lowenstein in 2012.

Mr Slater was previously a Portfolio Manager and Head of Currency and Macroeconomics at Hunter Hall for five years. Prior to this, he was an Investment analyst at BT Financial Group including a secondment to Putnam Investments in Boston. He began his career as an Economist at Australian Federal Treasury.

Mr Slater holds a B.Comm and a B.Econ (Hons) from the University of Queensland and has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst ( CFA ) program and been awarded the CFA Charter.
