Additional Listing of Shares

The following replaces the 'Additional Listing' announcement released on 14 March 2019 at 8:00 am under RNS No. 6332S.

A block listing application will be made for 140,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.  Admission is expected to become effective on 20 March 2019.

These shares will be issued under the rules of the Morgan Sindall Savings Related Option Scheme.
