Notice of Capital Markets event and site visit

Morgan Sindall Group plc ('the Company'), the construction and regeneration group, will today host a Capital Markets event for analysts and investors, followed by a site visit to a Partnership Housing development in Woolwich.

There will be a series of presentations and a tour of the site, providing a more detailed insight into the Company's Regeneration activities in Partnership Housing and Urban Regeneration. No new material information will be provided.
